Research
My main research interests are in the individual and social aspects of learning in organizational contexts including such areas as constructivism, learning orientation, problem-solving and sensemaking. I am also interested in issues pertaining to knowledge sharing, management education, emotional intelligence and intangible performance. My methodological orientation is qualitative in nature and I am particularly interested in exploring such techniques as reflective inquiry, Ideas Unlimited, convergent interviewing and ethnographic participation.
