I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Information and Computer Science (ICS) at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia. I have a Ph.D. in computer science and engineering from King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, 2018.
My research interest is vision and language. For vision part, I am focusing on using machine learning and computer vision techniques for visual recognition tasks, such as sign language recognition and Arabic text recognition. I am also interested in Arabic natural language processing.
