    SMART BOLTS

    This smart bolt is capable of monitoring the variation of its axial tension. The built-in board sends wireless alarms to build the health map of the bolts within the network at any time in both ways communications.

    Desktop Micro-Milling Machine with Wireless Micro Dynamometer

    Designed and built in-house with a resolution of 1 nm/axis, angular error less than 10 secarc and spindle speed upto 75,000 rpm. High machining autonomy using PowerMill and embedded camera

    Wireless Micro Dynamometer

    Wireless dynamometer to measure small cutting forces in 5 directions for high speed micro-machining desktop machines.

    Sensorial or Nervous Materials?

    Materials with embedded sensors e.g.fiber optics, to sense external effects and react if necessary to move back to proper shape or conditions

    Nanoscale manipulation

    Manipulation at nanoscale with robotics arms and NC nanomachining equiped with in-process inspection using AFM
