        Dr. Mohamed Adbul Haleem 
        joined KFUPM in September 2009. He 
        received the B.Sc. Eng. degree from University of Peradeniya, Kandy, 
        Sri Lanka, with specialization in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 
        in 1990, the M. Phil. degree from the Department of Electrical and 
        Electronic Engineering, Honk Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong, in 1995, and the Ph.D. degree in 
        Electrical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology, Hoboken, 
        NJ, USA, in 2006. Since graduation he has been a postdoctoral researcher 
        at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, Stevens 
        Institute of Technology, Hoboken, NJ, USA until August 2007 and  
        has held a postdoctoral research fellowship at the Department of 
        Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, 
        Newark, NJ, USA from September 2007 till July 2009.  
		 
        He has 
        been with the Wireless Communications Research Department, Bell 
        Laboratories, Lucent Technologies, Crawford Hill, Holmdel, NJ, USA, from 
        July 1996 till December 2002. Dr. Abdul Haleem is a Senior Member of the IEEE.
