Beiteddine
Forty five kilometres from Beirut, high in the Chouf Mountains is the
Palace of Beiteddine. This museum's location alone make it well worth a
visit with the architecture of the building an added bonus. |
Byblos
Harbour
Byblos is a place on many names. Signposted as Jbail and known as Gebal
in antiquity, it is one of the world's oldest continuously inhabited towns.
After the bustle of big city Beirut, this small town is a great place to
walk around. You can smell the history along with the sea as well as buy
your very own fossil.
