My research interests | ||||
My research is at the intersection of magnetism, topological materials, quantum transport and spin-orbitronics. My focus is on spintronics which exploits the spin on top of the charge of the electrons to improve device functionality. In the era of big data, spin-based solutions are interesting for dissipationless data storage. I theoretically investigate the nature of charge-spin transport in promising building blocks for next generation technology: 1- topological insulators, 2- spin-orbit coupled magnonic systems, and 3- topological magnetic textures such as skyrmions.
