workshop presents an approach that will extend the concept of the “Balanced
Scorecard” to a fully Strategic Management Process that links strategies with
performance management and action plan using Balanced Scorecards (BSC). This
workshop presents integrated Framework for the entire cycle
of formulating strategies, objectives, measures, targets, action plan and
implementation using BSC as effective performance measures and corrective
actions. The workshop will answer the following questions:
