I am currently a Professor at King Fahd University
of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), in the Electrical Engineering
Department.
I
received the B.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering in 1963 from the
University of Cairo, the Ph.D. degree in 1979, and the Doctor of Science
D.Sc. degree in 1999, both from the University of Bradford, England.
My research
interests include problems related to analysis and design of nonlinear
electronic circuits and systems, analog integrated circuits and active
networks design. I am the author or co-author of over 500 journal
articles and technical presentations. I was the recipient of the
excellence in teaching award (1995), and the excellence in
research award (1996 and 2001 with Distinction), both from King
Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals.
