EE 203 Electronics I

Course Outline:

Diodes models and circuit analysis. Diode applications (rectifiers and others). Transistors: bipolar junction, junction field effect and metal-oxide-semiconductor field effect (BJT, JFET & MOSFET). DC and small signal AC analysis. Amplifier configurations. Differential Amplifiers. Digital logic families (TTL, ECL, I²L, and CMOS circuits).

Download Pspice Student Version 9.1: From Dr. Roppel's web site (file name = 91pspstu.exe. This is the student version 9.1. When you install the student version, be sure to choose SCHEMATICS as your interface, not CAPTURE. (Note: the file size is about 28 MB)
