Defines a row in a table.

Attributes:	Values:	Description:
align	left right center justify char	Horizontal alignment of cell contents
bgcolor	color	Deprecated. Do not use it
char	character	Sets which character to be used to center the text around, when you set align="char"
charoff	pixels %	Specifies an offset that must be used when you have set align="char". This offset is added to the position where the character to center around is
valign	top middle bottom baseline	Vertical alignment of cell contents
