The border property
The border property is a shorthand property for setting all of the properties for the four borders
in one declaration.
Note: This property can not set a different value for each side of
the border, like "margin" and "padding".

- Border properties turn inline elements into block elements

- Default value for "border-style" is "solid", not
"none" as it is written in the specification
