The Path Property

The Path property is used to return the path for a specified drive, file, or folder.

Syntax

Example for the Drive object

set fs=Server.CreateObject("Scripting.FileSystemObject")
set d=fs.GetDrive("c:")
Response.Write("The path is " & d.Path)
set d=nothing
set fs=nothing

The path is C:

Example for the File object

set f=fs.GetFile("c:\asp\test\test.asp")
