Sept. 2013 – Present King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Working as an Assistant Professor at the College of Computer Sciences and Engineering. Responsibilities include: Teaching courses. Supervising undergraduate and Master students. Participating in university’s administrative comities. An organizer of the upcoming Saudi CyberShield 2014 conference to be held in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia. Jul. 2000 – 2005 King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Working as a Graduate Assistant while continuing for MS degree in Computer Engineering. Responsibilities include: Assisting in teaching courses. Instructing Assembly Programming Lab. Developing FPGA based Lab for Digital Design Course. Digital Design (FPGA) Lab coordinator. Summer 1999 Saudi Business Machines LTD ,Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Worked at the Product and Support Services Department PSS as a summer trainee. I have configured (with an engineer and another trainee) a complete WAN for NISSAN that connects 21 branches in Saudi Arabia. I got experienced in routers, leased lined modems configurations. Volunteer experience Sept.2006- August 2010 Saudi Learning Center in Ottawa, Canada Principal and Director of the School Jan.-April 1994 King Abdul-Aziz University, Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Worked in Main computer Operation room. Gained experience in different kinds of mainframes like IBM MVS-ESA and IBM VM-ESA.
