Mobile radio communications is essential for Saudi Aramco operations during normal & Emergency situations to ensure efficient and safe operations.  For example, during normal operations at Juaymah or Ras Tanura ports, mobile radio communications is the only media used to communicate between the captain on the oil tanker ship and operators on the peer.  The captain relies 100% on the mobile communications to bring the tanker to the designated birth. Failure of communications for few seconds , may result in an accident which may cause an oil spell from the tanker in the area. Hence, we can see that reliable mobile radio network is essential to support Saudi Aramco critical users during normal and emergency operations.
