My specialty is Non-Equilibrium quantum field theory.

This theory has a wide range of applications in ultra-relativistic heavy ion collider physics, cosmology, condensed matter and semiconductor physics. Among the applications of this theory: the formation and relaxation of quark-gluon plasma in ultra-relativistic heavy ion colliders and in the early universe, ultra-fast relaxation in femtosecond semiconductors, Soliton diffusion and dissipation in bubble nucleation in first order phase transitions. My current interest is to study the non-equilibrium dynamics in Bose-Einstein condensates (BEC) and superconductors and superconductors and transport properties through a nonlinear system.
