PHYSICS 102 Laboratory
Grading
Policy
The lab
grading policy is the same as last semester, and is as follows:
-
50 points for the final lab exam.
-
There are eleven lab
sessions including the
CAL lab.
The
CAL Lab session will not be
counted in the final grade.
Each of the ten labs will then carry 15 points for a total of 150
points.
-
For each lab session, the grade will be
distributed as follows:
-
5 points for the
structure of the report (Title, Theory, Figures, etc)
-
5 points for data
analysis (including graph, if any)
-
3 points for answering
the questions in the lab manual.
(If there are none, the 3 points can be added to the data
analysis)
-
2 points can be given
for pre-lab quiz (if any), or for participation in the lab, or… at
the discretion of the lab instructor.
