   A sequence of courses, introducing at a basic level the majority of the sports courses taught at KFUPM:  Badminton, Basketball,  Football, Fitness, Squash, Swimming, Table Tennis, Tennis, Volleyball, and Weight Training. Each introduction lasts for several weeks (summing to a total of 15 Weeks / Semester).
