This is Al-Kateb Program. It was distributed by OMLX Version  1.0 using the GNU license. I used this license to extend the program.

The program is used for converting keyboard English letters to Arabic keyboard letters. The primary purpose of this program is for those who don't have Arabic keyboards.

You need Java 5 to run this Applet in the browser.  This is Version 2.1
