5) Too Much/Little Information--  Each minute is precious.
Visuals save time, add info. &                interest.  But, they support only.
Not substitute, for your discussion.
Remember: 
TOO MUCH  is reading word by word.
•Focus on one point (2, 3)
•Summarize information or             Highlight a trend
•Expand on what is shown
•Show advantages or disadvantages, benefits, threats
•Avoid “machine-gun” effect with transparencies.
•Allow enough time for audience to read/understand.
   Instead:
TOO LITTLE is not (a) not explaining a heading, or (b) not giving enough time to each visual.
