Definition and Usage

The select element creates a drop-down box.

Tips and Notes

Tip: Use this tag in the form element (to accept user input), elsewhere it is meaningless.

Optional Attributes

Attributes:	Values:	Description:
disabled	disabled	Do not let the user do anything with the list
multiple	true false	Sets whether multiple items can be selected
name	text	Sets the name of the list
size	number	Sets the number of visible items in the list
