Dr. Ubaid Al-Saggaf got his Elementary,
Middle, and High School Education at Al-Thager Model Schools in Jeddah.
He has B.Sc. with highest honors in Electrical Engineering in June 1980
and B.Sc. with highest honors in Mathematics in June 1980 all from King
Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. He
has an M.Sc in March 1983 and PhD in June 1986 all in Electrical
Engineering from Stanford University. He was on leave from March 1992 to
August 2010 and worked for Ministry of Defense and Aviation as Executive
Technical Advisor for the R&D department. Dr. Al-Saggaf fields of
interests and specialization cover a wide spectrum from the very
theoretical to the practical aspects of electrical engineering. |
