1. He does a lot of effort in the class but the problem is his majors dose not depend at all in what he explained or the homework problems he gave.
2. One advice to hom: He should see other instructors who have experinece with the courses after he put his exams to check with them whater his problems is good for the student or not.
3. One more thing, I think he should gives examples insted of reveiwing the last lecture.The Course can be presented in a better way if the instructor uses PPP, by solving problems in the class, by stating the objectives of the lecture clearly.
