Eng. Bawazir graduated from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM) in Computer Engineering with First Honors in 2004.

In 2004 he joined Saudi Aramco as Systems Analyst in the Integrated Solution Services Department (IT). In 2007, he allocated in the Corporate Applications Department - e-Doc Division. He served in numerous projects related to e-Government systems.

Eng. Bawazir is a member of the Saudi Council of Engineers and a member of IEEE and IEEE Computer Society. As well as a professional member of the Association of Computing Machinery (ACM). Eng. Bawazir accomplished several projects and researches published in scientific conferences in the area of evaluating the performance of computer and communication systems and e-Government systems. Eng. Bawazir is a member of the team who analyzed and studied the Internet network of King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM); and he received the award of the College of Computer Sciences and Engineering in recognition of his efforts. He worked in the team who analyzed and established the e-Government Correspondence Management System for the Ministry of Petroleum and Minerals- Minister's Office in Riyadh; and he received a certificate of appreciation from the Vice-President of Saudi Aramco – Information Technology. Eng Bawazir also participated in the preparation of a number of technical occasions including Nano Technology and Robots. Eng Bawazir has several lectures on National business services and e-Government systems.
