Dr. Mustafa has a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering from U.K, an M.Sc. in Industrial Management from Ireland and a Ph.D. in Industrial Management from U.K.  Dr. Mustafa has held several high management positions; Power & Utilities Supervisor, BAPCO for 15 years, Chief Engineer, Ministry of Works for 8 years, General Manager, GPIC for 17 years, Chief Executive, Midal Cables for 5 years. He was the winner of GCC Best Environment Personality Award for 2005-2006. He is a past member Of Shura Council, Bahrain, president of Bahrain Health and Safety Society, Vice President of International Fertiliser Association IFA for 2 years, president of Arab Fertiliser Association AFA for 2 years, author of children’s story books on safety and environment, fellow member of Bahrain Society of Engineers, part time lecturer at Bahrain University, Board Member of Bahrain University & Bahrain Centre for Studies & Research, and author of “Key to Organizational Success” and originator of two NEW English words: “MOSIF” and “CREAMOC”.
