  1. Quiz # 01 will be on Tuesday 11/03/2008 and covers chapter 1.
  2. Quiz # 02 will be on Tuesday 25/03/2008 and covers chapter 2.
  3. Send me an email at marwan@kfupm.edu.sa stating whether you have a conflict or no conflict with each of the following dates for major exam I:

              Saturday (March 29, 2008) - 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
              Sunday   (March 30, 2008) - 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
              Monday   (March 31, 2008) - 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM
              Tuesday  (April 01, 2008) - 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM

  1. Major Exam I will be on Sunday 30/03/2008 at 8:00 PM (night) at room 24-141 and covers chapters 1 and 2.
  2. No class on Tuesday 01/04/2008 (replacing Major Exam I).
  3. Quiz # 03 will be on Sunday 27/04/2008 and covers chapter 3.
  4. Major Exam II will be on Sunday 25/05/2008 at 8:15 PM (night) at room 22-119 and covers chapters 3, 4, and sections 5.1 and 5.3.
  5. Please fill-out the online faculty evaluation as soon as possible. Current status (as of 31/5/08): A total of 30 students out of 30 students filled out the evaluation (100%).
  6. Quiz # 04 will be on Sunday 01/06/2008 and covers chapter 5. You may need a calculator.
  7. Final Exam (comprehensive) will be on Saturday 07/06/2008 at 7:00 PM (night) at room 22-119. The following sections are NOT included in the final exam: 2.7, 2.8, 2.9, 3.7.2, 4.7, 5.2, 6.4, and 6.7.
