Abstract |
A major part of
fracture mechanics problems is related to stress strain
fields in continuum with geometric discontinuities at
rest. The aim of this presentation is to explore the use
of FE analysis technique in simulating elastic-plastic
behavior of inclined central cracked specimen and find
the plastic zone size.
