Operations Research 2 Quiz 2

An industrial engineer is planning the operations of two assembly lines. Due to the urgency of the production, he has to hire workers on a temporary basis to satisfy the production capacity. He has determined that hiring too many workers will be logistically difficult; hence, his first goal is that the total temporary workers hired should not exceed 50 workers. The production capacity of both lines combined he has calculated are required to be 78 hours; hence, his second goal is that the production hours given by the workers should not be less than 78 hours. Each worker in the first assembly line can give 3 hours, and every worker in the second assembly line can contribute 5 hours.
