Write the mathematical model that will find the production mix providing the maximum revenue, with the restrictions that:
- The total cost in a stage does not exceed the allocated fund
- When product 1 is produced, product 2 should be produced also.
- Consider the case of finding the least-cost tour to visit a number of distribution locations. A least cost solution is shown in the figure below.
