Find the velocity of the particle which follows the following curves
(x in m and t in sec) :
(a)    x1(t) = 100 + 4 t.
        (b)    x2(t) = 3 + 4 t.



We will present two methods to solve this problem

Method 1:

   These are equation for a straight line.  the general form of a straight line equation is

        x(t) = c1 + c2 t,

where c2 is the slope of the line. 


Sine the velocity is the slope of x(t),

        (a) v1(t) = 4 m/sec

        (b) v2(t) = 4 m/sec
