Awards received | 2004 Scholarship award. KFUPM granted me this scholarship to continue my studies. 1992 -1996 Stage Acting Awards. I joined the stage acting club for many years gaining experience to give public shows and public presentations. 1993 Won the Riyadh school competition. I was one of the members of the team, composed of 6 students, which made it to the finals winning first among all schools in Riyadh which numbered to over 100 schools at that time. The Competition was on many subjects studied in school courses like Math, Religion, Science, History, Arabic, and English plus general knowledge. |

2002 2003 Lucent Technologies Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Financial Assistant in the Corporate Financial Department. · Was assigned to collect Data, format, and convert data into information using spreadsheets for the Budget Department. · Was assigned to help in the Accounting Department for both Accounts receivables and payables. · Worked in the Treasury Department. · Developed a system that helps the Budget Department to collect forecasting data from each Product Manager in the company which then produces sophisticated spreadsheets that is used by managers. The System saves a 3 hour work weekly and adds value to the information produced. · Developed a system for the Long Term Accounts that computes the amount due each month automatically. The System saves 5 hour work monthly.

Researches | 2005 Developed a Math Parsing package software. The package is aimed for software developers who want to add math parsing engines in their software. See my webpage for more information.
2005 Demand for Japanese Product was tested by econometric methods. The research concluded with an approximation of the demand for Japanese imports by Saudi Arabia. Elasticity and cross elasticity were also developed!
2005 Group Applied research, Ju'aymah gas plant, Profit maximization. The project ended with a dynamic model to configure the best settings for every gas product to get the maximum returns from different raw gas inputs.
2003 The Saudi Financial Market, Stock Trade and expecting future stock prices using financial models was practiced on the Saudi economy. Scenario Based Study with multiple tests and criteria to evaluate the market condition. Plus helping the investor to active trade in the market.
2001 Motivation within the University's Students was examined. Surveys were collected and results were studied. Different levels of education and segments were anticipated in the Data collection. Theories were developed after concluding.
2000 Researched, using Marketing theories, Giant Stores which is a big retail store in the region having many branches. The research examined many of the marketing activities practiced by the company.
2000 Researched the economical outcome of China's Accession to the WTO. The Research emphasized both interests of the US and EU with China and the agreements between them.
2000 The Performance of the Banking sector in Saudi Arabia was researched and evaluated compared to other sectors with in the same economy.

Research Interests | · I have many research interests, although they are scattered in many fields of study, they can be all under the use of Quantitative techniques, programming techniques, operational, systems designing. These are some special areas: · Operational designing. · I would like to expand my research capabilities using the latest theories in economics. Learning applicable techniques like Time Series, Regression and others is one of the aims which would help me study any company, country or any economic entity. · Information Technology and ecommerce is also of research interest of mine. · Interests in researching Islamic Banking and evaluating their performance. |

Summary of IT qualifications | 2001 Filfillah Fast Food Company Khobar, Saudi Arabia System's Analyst Helped in developing a customer Service System that helps the company to track and store information about their customers to help serve them better in their different branches. The System called MAHR was developed with the help of a team composed of a System's Analyst, Database Designer, two Research Assistants and a Director.
2003 Developed automotive spreadsheets that read all Stock and index Prices of all companies in Saudi Arabia and advices the investor to buy or sell when ever appropriate depending on historical data using many financial models integrated together.

General Remarks | · The University (KFUPM) where I am working is giving me a scholarship and the opportunity to continue my studies full time at their expense at your University covering study expenses, ticket fares and other related expenses.
