DESCRIPTION:


With the fight for market share fiercer than ever, it is increasing difficulty to offer that extra something that sets you apart from competition. It costs you six times as much to attract a new customer as to keep an old one. Building longer customer relation is the key for success. This case will shed some light on customer service in the Saudi Arabian market. Teaching will be a mix of lectures, case studies and role-playing.
