To My Students: Your Final Grades has been posted

• Lab grading:

The total grade of the Lab. will take 20% of the final grade of the course. Distributed as follows: 

• 5% for the pre-lab and quizzes.

• 6% for the lab work performance:

  • 4% for participation and discussion.

  • 2% for the completion.

• 9% for exams.

•   Attendance:

  • No excuses will be accepted except the official excuse.

  • No makeups will be allowed unless you have an official excuse.

  • A student with a total of 3 missed experiments with or without excuse, will be reported as DN of the final grade of the course.

  • Come on time. 2 delays will be accounted as absent. 

• Pre-Lab and Lab reports: 

  • You should study and prepare your pre-lab before each experiment.

  • A quiz may be given at the beginning of each experiment. This quiz will reflect your understanding of the pre-lab assignment. 

• Internet and Email: 

  • You are required to send an email to me. In its subject write the following:  EE390 – your section # – your name – your ID#. Example: EE390-54-200002- Khaled AL-Ahmari.

  • You need to check your email from time to time. Our communication media will be the email. If there is new information regarding our course, an email will be sent to all email addresses in my list. So, it is your responsibility if you didn’t receive that email.

  • If you have any problem or if you want to see me, you need to send me an email to discuss the matter. In your email, make sure that you wrote your name, ID# and section #. Otherwise, your email will be discarded. 

  • In my web page you will find important information like, the solution of quizzes, your grades and the latest news of our course. In addition, the required software can be found there.
