Eng. Salhab was born in Hebron, Palestine in 1981. He obtained the B.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from Palestine Polytechnic University (PPU), Palestine, in 2004, and the M.Sc. degree in communications and electronics engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST), Jordan, in 2007. His M.Sc. research was focused on co-channel interference in CDMA MIMO-OFDM mobile communication systems.


 During his study in the M.Sc. program, he has been chosen to make a scientific visit to the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) in Sweden as a part of his master thesis. In addition, Eng. Salhab has presented several seminars about his master thesis in the KTH visit, in JUST, and in PPU.

 Since 2007 he has been with the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at PPU. During his career at PPU, Eng. Salhab has taught several courses in communications, electronics, electrical circuit analysis, and power. He has supervised 2 bachelor projects in both electrical engineering and applied electronics specialties. Also, he was a member in various discussion committees for more than 12 graduation project.


 Eng. Salhab has been chosen as a member in the industrial synergy center at the college of engineering and technology, PPU. Also, He was the coordinator for the external training of the electronics and communications students at the following operators: Jawwal (Palestine), Umniah (Jordan), and Zain (Jordan).


 Also, Eng. Salhab has been a reviewer for various conferences related to Communication field: MCWC 2006, MIC-CSC 2008, MIC-CNIT 2008, and MIC-CPE 2009. All those conferences were held in Amman, Jordan, and the chairman is Prof. Mohammad M. Banat.


 Now, Eng. Salhab is pursuing the Ph.D. study at King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals (KFUPM), Saudi Arabia in the Communications Engineering field. His current research interests are in various aspects of mobile communication systems and techniques.
