Dominic Orr is Chairman, President and CEO of Aruba Networks, which went public in March 2007 (NASDAQ: ARUN).  Prior to his tenure with Aruba Networks, Mr. Orr was the President of Nortel Networks‚ Intelligent Internet Web Systems, where he managed the telecommunications equipment maker’s $2 billion IP and Content Switching product portfolio. He previously served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alteon WebSystems, a worldwide pioneer in the Layer 4-7 switching market.  Mr. Orr led Alteon to a highly successful initial public offering, and continued aggressively growing the firm as a publicly traded company.  Alteon’s innovative products and market leadership led to the merger of Alteon Web Systems with Nortel Networks in October 2000, garnering $7.8 billion for Alteon shareholders.
